By signing below, you authorize and instruct your financial institution to deduct the amount of your monthly telephone bill from your checking account and remit the payment directly to Union Communications.

I also understand that my first Direct Pay transaction may take 30 to 60 days to become effective and that it is my responsibility to maintain manual payments until it is confirmed that Direct Pay is active through my financial institution.
